The 24Vdc TRIK SILENCE actuator has been designed to cover the market space of rolling doors made of aluminum or stainless steel slats with runners on the guides and quality finishes. TThese doors require a quality actuator to perform silent and fast with soft stops at the end of the travel to avoid hitting the closure. TRIK SILENCE offers the advantages over the traditional alternating current motor. It is easily installed on the closure shaft with manual limit switch adjustment. It is a direct current motor that does not exceed 41db (ISO Certification), has an opening and closing speed of 6.6m/min with soft stop at the end of travel and anti-crush regulation. In the opening maneuver, the speed can optionally be increased by up to 25% while maintaining the soft stop and the reversing stroke. The unlocking operation is easily carried out with a simple turn of the lever and the pulley once unlocked is free, this facilitates the movement of the closure manually, allowing easy opening or closing.
